The TRC Research Center is the investigative arm of The Mesilla Files—a place where old records, new discoveries, unexplained events, and sometimes extraordinary claims are examined together.

TRC begins with a simple principle: follow the evidence wherever it leads.

That evidence may be a century-old letter, a forgotten sheriff's notebook, an unusual map, a recording of questionable origin, markings discovered in the desert, or testimony from someone whose story seems impossible. Nothing is automatically accepted as fact—but nothing is dismissed simply because it doesn't fit comfortably within what we already believe.
