Captain Voss has been verified by many souces as residing in or around Mesilla over an extended period of time. But we can not substantiate that this "Voss" is the same.
As Second in Comman, Kael is the primary communicator with the team. He has seen a lot.
Much of what we have discovered is because of Mira Solenne. Most of the records found in the TOX archives appear to be the writting of Solenne. It was her job to record events. Are they accurate? We don't know. We don't know if there was a real Solenne. We must doubt everything.
